I wanted to take a moment to share with you the importance of the policies within our business. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, consistency, and fairness for all of our clients, as well as to maintain the quality of service that we strive to provide. Your understanding and cooperation with these policies are greatly appreciated, as they enable us to better serve you and all of our valued customers. Booking Policy

For all clients, I will need to collect a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your appointment and the remain balance will be due on the day of the appointment.
At anytime, you need to reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hrs. prior to your appointment for the money to be transfer to a new date and time.
No refunds under pre-purchase treatment or packages
All forms of payments are accepted additional fee will be apply for credit card payments

Last min cancelations/ Non-show Policy

Last min cancelations or non shows will automatically be a loss of your $30 secure deposit
Reschedules can only be done 24 hr before your appointment to transfer your balance to the new date. If the reschedule is made 24 hrs after your appointment your balance will be taken.
If you don't pay the $30 secure deposit your appointment won't be secure.
