Pre care
Whether you're coming in for a Detox facial or an advanced skin treatment, following these guidelines will help you get the best results:
48–72 Hours Before Your Appointment:
Avoid exfoliating products (scrubs, acids, retinol, enzymes).
Pause use of active ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and benzoyl peroxide to prevent skin sensitivity.
Skip tanning (sun or spray). Tanned skin can be more reactive during treatment. If you are tan please rebook your appointment accordingly
Hold off on waxing/threading around the facial area to avoid irritation.
Day of Your Appointment:
Arrive with a clean face (no makeup or heavy products if possible).
Let us know if you’re using any medications or have had recent treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, microneedling, or peels).
Stay hydrated! Well-hydrated skin responds better to treatment.
Avoid shaving on the same day, especially for advanced facials (unless advised).
Additional Tips for Advanced Facials (Chemical Peels, Microneedling, etc.):
Discontinue retinol or exfoliants at least 5–7 days before treatment.
Avoid injectable treatments for at least 2 weeks prior unless cleared by your provider.
Let your esthetician know if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any health conditions.
Body Treatments
Help your body respond better and maximize your results:
24–48 Hours Before:
Stay hydrated: Drink at least 1.5–2 liters of water daily to support lymphatic drainage and fat elimination.

Do not eat heavy meals at least 1 hour before your session.
Avoid applying creams or oils to the treatment area on the day of your appointment.
Shave the area (if needed) before the appointment for hygiene and better contact with the equipment.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for post-treatment ease.

Facial Treatments
Facial treatments
Your skin just received some much-deserved love—now let’s keep the glow going! Follow these guidelines to protect your results and support your skin’s healing:
First 24–48 Hours:
Avoid touching your face to reduce the risk of irritation or breakouts.
Skip heavy makeup and allow your skin to breathe.
No exfoliation or active ingredients (e.g., retinol, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C).
Avoid heat and sweat: Skip hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and intense workouts.
Stay out of direct sun exposure and always apply SPF 30+ if going outside.
Don’t pick or squeeze any extractions or blemishes.
Hydration & Skincare:
Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and keep skin plump.
Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer for the next few days.
Apply SPF daily, even if it’s cloudy—your skin may be more sensitive to UV rays.
Advanced Facial Add-Ons (Peels, Microneedling, etc.):
Expect mild redness or flaking; avoid exfoliation until peeling is complete.
Do not wax or use harsh products for at least 5–7 days.
Avoid swimming pools or chlorinated water during healing.
💡 Tip: Regular facials (every 4–6 weeks) and consistent home care will keep your skin glowing, balanced, and healthy.

Post Care
To maximize results, reduce discomfort, and support your body's natural detox process, follow these post-care tips:
Immediately After Your Treatment:
Stay hydrated: Drink 1.5–2 liters of water daily for at least 72 hours post-treatment. This helps flush out toxins and supports lymphatic drainage.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24–48 hours, as they can dehydrate the body and hinder detox.
Refrain from eating heavy or high-sodium meals immediately after your session.
For the Next 24–72 Hours:
Skip hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms to avoid inflammation and support circulation.
No strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours post-treatment to allow the body to rest and process released toxins.
Avoid tight clothing around the treated area to prevent fluid retention and irritation.
Continue lymphatic movement: Light activity like walking and dry brushing can help encourage drainage.
Do not apply heavy creams, oils, or heat-based products on the treated area unless advised.
Massage-Specific Tips:
You may feel sore—this is normal. Drink plenty of water to help your muscles recover.
Light stretching and gentle movement can help with post-massage stiffness.
